Apraava Alumni Meet 2025
A room filled with timeless stories, teary-eyed reunions, and memories that came rushing back. Our first Apraava Alumni Meet 'Beyond the Grid' in Mumbai was nothing short of magical. The warm hugs, the laughter, the nostalgic conversations, and the flow of Energy in action brought the room alive.
We welcomed alumni from across India, and even beyond our borders, who travelled to be part of this special evening. Together, we relived Apraava's journey of over two decades, got a glimpse into its vision ahead, and celebrated those who laid our foundation and carried our values forward as true torchbearers.
But this reunion was more than a celebration of people; it was also a reflection of our core value of ‘Sustainability through Responsibility’, as it became Apraava’s first-ever zero-waste event. Every aspect of the gathering, from décor to dining ware, was thoughtfully designed to follow environmentally responsible practices. Nearly 200 kilograms of potential waste generated at the event were prevented from ending up in landfills.
Our alumni went home with more than memories. They carried socially sourced giveaways handcrafted by underprivileged communities in Chandigarh, Punjab, and kitchen garden seed kits from tribal communities in Konkan, Maharashtra.
We were deeply moved by the love, stories, and pride shared by our alumni. Our hearts are full, and so is our commitment to a future that honours both our people and our planet.
